Birth Dei Noisemakers focuses on the art of sound therapy. Sound healing is an ancient healing technique that uses music, sound waves, and vibrational frequencies to help slow down brain waves and bring the body to a deeply restorative state. Sound Healing improves spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.

Birth Dei Suit focuses on the art of tending to the sexual and emotional body. Expand your understanding of important issues like sexual trauma recovery and women & men’s reproductive health to discover resources that support a healthy and informed lifestyle. We offer empowering experiences that promote open dialogue and fosters a positive approach towards sexual health and healing.

Birth Dei: Present focuses on the art of mindfullness. Breathing is something we do everyday unconsciously, yet something many of us struggle to do consciously. Proper breathing + mindfullness techniques can help lower blood pressure, release stress hormones and anxiety from the body, and more.

Birth Dei cake focuses on the art of using food as medicine.
